In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 277bat website accessible at https://277bat.onl and all associated pages, services, games, and applications operated under the 277bat brand.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by 277bat subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money or bonus-fund stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer game, slot, or sports event through the Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wager limits on the Platform are denominated.

References to "including" are non-exhaustive. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable law, that provision shall be read as narrowly as necessary to achieve compliance, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

To open an Account and use the 277bat Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 277bat employee or contractor.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by 277bat for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 277bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or closure of the Account.

277bat reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for the refusal.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the 277bat Platform. If 277bat identifies that a Player has opened multiple accounts (whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods), 277bat reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials at all times. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. 277bat strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable any two-factor authentication features offered by the Platform.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify 277bat at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

277bat shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. 277bat will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment method details by email, phone, or chat.

All transactions on the 277bat Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods and their applicable limits are subject to change. The current minimum deposit is ৳200.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following general conditions:

Deposits are for the sole purpose of funding gambling activity on the Platform. 277bat is not a payment institution and your Account balance does not constitute a banking deposit. No interest is payable on Account balances.

From time to time, 277bat offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 277bat promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

277bat's welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Full terms, including minimum deposit amount, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period, are displayed on the promotions page at the time of sign-up.

All bets placed on the 277bat Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the bet is placed, as displayed within the game interface or sportsbook at the time of the wager. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 277bat Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets, and permanent banning:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Collusion with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from an identifiable error are void and must be returned to 277bat.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus terms or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Arbitrage betting or any strategy intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple markets or accounts.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.

All casino game outcomes on the 277bat Platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game actions in a professionally operated studio environment. 277bat does not manipulate game outcomes and does not guarantee any minimum return to any individual player. Historical results do not indicate future outcomes.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.

277bat's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

277bat does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 277bat is not liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues outside 277bat's reasonable control, including failures attributable to third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

You may request closure of your 277bat Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any remaining real-money balance (net of any void bets and subject to completion of any pending withdrawals) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, provided no outstanding compliance review is in progress.

277bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• The Account holder is or is suspected to be under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is suspected.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority directs 277bat to do so.
• The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months.

In cases of closure due to breach of these Terms, 277bat reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play, and to withhold real-money balances pending the outcome of any investigation. 277bat will notify the Player of any such withholding and the expected timeline for resolution where legally permissible to do so.

277bat collects and processes personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 277bat with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: 277bat's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any subsequent occasion.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without 277bat's prior written consent. 277bat may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity or in connection with a corporate reorganisation, merger, or acquisition.
